Brief Overview: |
The overall role is to help tend and maintain private and commercial gardens and grounds. The post-holder will provide more support as they gain in confidence and experience and in year 2, the post-holder will be expected to work more independently and with minimal guidance. The aim of the apprenticeship is to achieve a recognised qualification at the end of this fixed term contract and become a gardener and valued member of the team. |

Working Hours: |
Monday to Friday full-time, averaging at 40 hours per week in summer and 30 hours in the winter months or when attending college. Some weekend work required. Start and end times dependant on work type/location etc - to be discussed at interview.
