At EEF training school in Birmingham the working week will be Monday – Friday 8am – 4:30 pm. (37.5 hrs) At the Factory the working week will be 39 hrs

Total hours per week: 37.50

Qualifications required:

3 GCSE’s (or equivalent) including Maths and English grades A* (9) – C (4) - GCSE passes in Science and product design would also be an advantage

Good communication skills

Willingness and ability to work under own initiative or as part of a team.

Working towards: There is potential for the right candidates to move into a Management or a Technical Role, fully supported by a Continuous Professional Development programme within Ibstock
