We are currently recruiting for a Customer Support Repairs Administrator to join a growing Customer Support team. We supply customers with mobile computer hardware, software and wireless network infrastructures. Providing a first-class customer experience is one of our main priorities, so you will quickly become a vital part of the business.

Annual Wage:

£14,000.00 - £18,000.00

Working Hours:

37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm, 30 mins lunch break). This will break down into 30 hours work and 7.5 hours OTJL per week.

Working Towards:

As a Customer Service Apprentice, you will complete the following qualifications as part of your apprenticeship:

  • Customer Service Specialist Standard Level 3 
  • Functional Skills, to include maths and English at Level 2 (dependent on previous qualifications)
  • Full, on-the-job training will be provided by the employer, with 20% off the job training as a requirement

This apprenticeship is delivered in the workplace and 20% of your working time will be dedicated towards training and learning new skills. You will be allocated a tutor who will provide you with personal support and assessment at pre-arranged times.

Working Towards:

The Estio Training programme gives people the opportunity to get hands on experience in the IT industry whilst still employed in a real paid job with no cost or debt.

Learners will receive six weeks of intensive training. Whilst in the workplace, apprentices will also receive continual coaching, help and guidance from a dedicated Skills Development Coach who will be there to ensure that they get the most from their work experience.

This apprenticeship will give you a Level 4 Software Tester standard with training in areas such as:

  • Functional skills, Maths L2 and English L2
  • Software Development Fundamentals
  • Testing Tools (Part 1)
  • Testing Tools (Part 2)
  • Testing Concepts (Part 1)
  • Testing Concepts (Part 2)

Some of these modules will include an option to take an examination in order to receive a professional certificate.

Working Towards:

Level 2 Supply Chain Warehouse Operative Apprenticeship. This apprenticeship is designed to provide you with the skills, knowledge and competence required to carry out a range of moving, packaging and stock-taking roles and duties in a warehouse environment. Employers must satisfy themselves that apprentices are ready for their end point assessment.

Apprentices must demonstrate that they meet the following criteria:

  • Achieved a minimum Level 1 English and maths and taken test for Level 2
  • Satisfactory completion of the formal training plan agreed with the apprentice by the employer
  • Sufficient evidence in the form of a portfolio to allow the apprentice to consistently demonstrate knowledge, skills and behaviours as described in the standard. The end-point assessment is synoptic and takes place at the end of the apprentice’s learning and development (final three months). It will consist of a performance assessment in the workplace - logbook / portfolio of evidence. Knowledge/practical assessments and assignments.
