Reception duties including answering the phone, front of office meeting and greeting where necessary, preparing letters for posting, preparing valuation packs, window display up to date, ordering stationery (the candidate will be based in the office where members of the public will call in personally and via telephone).
Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:30 and 1 in four Saturday's, 09:00 - 13:00.
Total hours per week: 38.50
Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner apprenticeship standard, which includes:
- Level 1/2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)
- End-Point Assessment (EPA)
