| Job Description: |
What you will do in your working day
- The apprentice will oversee play and assist children when needed throughout the nursery setting
- They will assist with mealtimes, toileting and any other care needs
- They will take on key children and observe, monitor and plan for them
- They will eventually liaise with parents/carers on a day-to-day basis
- This list is not exhaustive and they will take their lead from the nursery practitioners

- Early Years Practitioner Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard
- Paediatric First Aid
- Level 2 in Food Hygiene
- Safeguarding children and young people
All training will take place on site during working hours
