Technical Support Apprentice (Level 3)


Job Description:

This is a massive opportunity for the right individual who is looking for a career in IT. Working as a Technical Support Apprentice you will be part of a Managed Service Desk at Eitex who provide IT support. You will work as part of a team offering IT admin duties.

Your duties and responsibilities in this role will consist of:

Supporting the team with general admin-based tasks
Answer and log helpdesk calls, directing other analysts to respond on a priority basis
Daily backup checks/antivirus/monitoring system alerts
Adding/removing customers in all management systems
Checking protection licence levels against invoices
Checking backup usage levels against invoices
Checking MS 365 licence usage against invoices
Carrying our reviews of existing customer licences and matching invoices

GCSE or equivalent 5 GCSE's including English and Maths (Grade A*-C/ 9-4) Essential
