Customer Service Apprentice - Online Sales

Job Description: Primarily responsible for presenting stock for sale via online platforms and the processing of resulting sales. Duties and Responsibilities • Stock imaging and data input • Stock listing to online platforms • Sales order processing • Electronic customer communication • Telephone sales work where appropriate (with others) • Overflow inbound telephone handling • Stock maintenance (with other) • Pick and pack (where necessary, with others)
Desired Skills: The position will involve a high degree of literacy and numeracy. There will also be required some computer input. A confident telephone manner is essential. Some Geographical knowledge would be of benefit when talking to customers. 
Personal Qualities: The applicant must be smartly presented and able to communicate effectively with customers and internal staff. A degree of flexibility will be required to meet customer deadlines. A bright confident telephone manner is essential.
Qualifications Required:  A minimum of 4 GCSEs or equivalent at grade A to C (9/4) including maths and English.
Things to Consider:  This is office based and teamwork is essential.
