Brief Overview: On a day to day basis a trade apprentice will be working with their allocated subcontractor and undertaking all necessary activities to learn the skills appropriate to their role. They will also support the site management team with any other tasks as necessary, building a portfolio of evidence towards their qualification.
Wage: £195.00 (weekly wage) 
Working Hours:

Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 4.30pm and Friday - 8.30am - 4pm.

Total hours per week: 39.00

Working Towards: Opportunity to progress to site assistant programme for the best apprentices, leading to site management and further training. Majority of apprentices who complete qualifications and perform well remain with contractor in full time roles upon completion, others have gone on to start their own firms or successfully subcontract to bigger groups.
