Business Administration Support Apprentice

Paul Nyman Ltd are offering a great opportunity to grow with an established business. We are looking for a friendly, motivated person to become a valued member of the growing team. The role will involve business administration, both Client and Candidate database management and ad hoc duties to ensure the smooth running of the business.

Weekly Wage:

£187.50

Working Hours:

Monday - Friday 8.30 am - 5 .00 pm (1 hour for lunch)

Total hours per week: 37.50

Working Towards:

Full on-the-job training and support will be provided to enable the successful applicant to undertake the full range of duties required of the role. All apprentices are required to complete and evidence 20% of the job learning whilst on their apprenticeship.

Our Business Administration Level 3 Programme consists of the following:

  • Business Administration Level 3 
  • Functional Skills in Literacy and Numeracy Level 2
  • End-point Assessment conducted by an external provider (Presentation or project, interview and knowledge test)

The end-point assessment is designed to enable apprentices to demonstrate that they are fully conversant in the skills, knowledge and behaviours expected of individuals at this level. It is designed to provide assessors with a holistic view of the apprentice, and to allow them to assess to what extent the apprentice meets or exceeds the apprenticeship standard.

You will be taught and supported to learn all there is to know about warehousing by your manager, your team and the apprenticeship team at Kuehne + Nagel. In addition to on-the-job training, you will also learn the skills to be successful through face to face workshops and 1:1 meetings with your personal tutor every month. There are a total of 7 workshop days over the 14 months programme and these will not only teach you new skills, but also allow you meet up and form friendships with other apprentices on your course.
