Apprentice Customer Support Repairs Administrator
Renovotec are currently recruiting for an apprentice Customer Support Repairs Administrator to join their growing Customer Support team. Renovotec supply customers with mobile computer hardware, software and wireless network infrastructures.
Providing a first-class customer experience is one of Renovotec’s main priorities, so you will quickly become a vital part of the business.
Support deal with all customer enquiries related to their mobile computer hardware, software and industrial wireless networks. The successful candidate will be a team player who will help out their colleagues whenever required.
Main Duties will include:
- Raising, updating and querying device repair requests (RMAs)
- Sending device repair quotations and receiving POs in return
- Arranging deliveries and collections to/from customer sites
- Answering customer queries on the phone or via email
- Ensuring all customer calls are logged using our support ticket system
This list is not exhaustive, and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by the business manager which are relevant to your role within the company to meet the overall business needs.
The role will evolve as time and duties progress.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and Office software suite Microsoft Office and Gmail

GCSE’s (or equivalent) including maths and English at C/4 or above.

This is a very competitive wage, starting rate dependent on experience.
You will be happy to work towards a L3 Customer service qualification.
Make sure you can travel to the place of work on a daily basis.
