The Accelerate Programme is for:

15 - 24s who are not in education, employment or training OR at risk of disengaging.

The programme aims to create career pathways for young people through varied learning, employability skills training and work experience.

We are still continuing to accept new referrals through the national lockdown and have a range of methods to work with individuals.

Traineeships will give you the skills and experience to progress into an apprenticeship or employment.

You will receive:

• A high quality and relevant work experience placement
• Work preparation training including interview skills, CV preparation and confidence building
• Support with English and Maths and a recognised quilification in both (if required).
• A formal reference from an employer
• Support into an Apprenticeship or employment after successful completion of the programme.

The programme will last upto 6 months.
