Working Towards:

CT Surveys are often involved with many prestigious projects and historic and iconic buildings. The successful completion of the Apprenticeship would lead to promotion to a Junior Surveyor who may get the opportunity to be involved directly in surveying some of these projects. As a Junior Surveyor you would be responsible for surveying your own smaller projects. Over time, the size of the projects undertaken and responsibility given would increase as your development improves. More experienced staff would always be available to assist your development and learning.

A Junior Surveyor under 20 who has qualified through the apprenticeship could expect a salary of £15000 plus a company van with all fuel paid for. This would also include payments towards your mobile phone contract, pension and the possibility of joining our Profit Related Bonus Scheme.

A more experienced surveyor (23-26) could expect this to rise to £20000 to £25000 per annum with senior survey earning over £30000 per annum.
