Brief Overview:

As a Non-Emergency Call Handler Apprentice within the Emergency Operations Centre you will be the first point of contact for Health Care Professionals requiring to make transport booking arrangements and Operational Resources requesting information or requiring to capture additional information ascertaining to the incident they are deployed to.

Weekly Wage:

£145.25

Working Hours:

Monday - Friday: Week 1 - 8.00am - 4.00pm; Week 2 - 9.00am - 5.00pm; Week 3 - 10.00am - 6.00pm; All bank holidays off.

Total hours per week: 35.00
