Brief Overview:

Recruitment Administrator will supply administration support with the sales and customer service teams. Our leadership team have all completed apprenticeships and are well placed to support you with your growth. Please note that we are moving to new larger offices in Horbury.

Weekly Wage:

£170.00

Working Hours:

Monday - Friday: 9.00 am - 5.00 pm

Total hours per week: 40.00

Business Administration Support Apprentice

Brief Overview:

Paul Nyman Ltd are offering a great opportunity to grow with an established business. We are looking for a friendly, motivated person to become a valued member of the growing team. The role will involve business administration, both Client and Candidate database management and ad hoc duties to ensure the smooth running of the business.

Weekly Wage:

£187.50

Working Hours:

Monday - Friday 8.30 am - 5 .00 pm (1 hour for lunch)

Total hours per week: 37.50

Working Towards:

Full on-the-job training and support will be provided to enable the successful applicant to undertake the full range of duties required of the role. All apprentices are required to complete and evidence 20% of the job learning whilst on their apprenticeship.

Our Business Administration Level 3 Programme consists of the following:

  • Business Administration Level 3 
  • Functional Skills in Literacy and Numeracy Level 2
  • End-point Assessment conducted by an external provider (Presentation or project, interview and knowledge test)

The end-point assessment is designed to enable apprentices to demonstrate that they are fully conversant in the skills, knowledge and behaviours expected of individuals at this level. It is designed to provide assessors with a holistic view of the apprentice, and to allow them to assess to what extent the apprentice meets or exceeds the apprenticeship standard.
